If you are not satisfied with a Product for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. You don't need to justify the request.
How to request a refund
Email jandesson@jmdigitalventuresllc.com (or message us on WhatsApp +55 11 97846-9237) and include:
- the email address used at checkout;
- the product name and, if available, the order ID.
We confirm every request by email.
Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. They are usually processed within 5 to 10 business days. The exact time for the amount to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. Access to the refunded Product is removed once the refund is issued.
Subscriptions & cancellation
- You can cancel a subscription at any time before the next billing date, by email or WhatsApp.
- Cancellation stops all future charges immediately. No cancellation fee applies.
- You keep access until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
- The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first subscription payment.
Billing descriptor
Charges may appear on your statement under the name of our payment processor or the product name. If you don't recognize a charge, contact us first and we'll identify it and resolve it quickly.
Before opening a dispute
Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank. We handle refund requests directly, usually faster than a bank dispute, and without affecting your access to future purchases.
