Digital products & delivery
All Products are 100% digital and are delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped physically. After payment you receive access instructions by email, usually within minutes.
If you don't receive access within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then contact jandesson@jmdigitalventuresllc.com.
License
Each purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- resell, sublicense, share or give away the Product or your login access;
- copy, download (except PDFs provided for download), redistribute or publicly post any part of the content;
- use the content to create competing products.
We may suspend access that shows signs of sharing or abuse.
Payments & pricing
Prices, currency and payment model (one-time or subscription) are shown clearly at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors, and your purchase is also subject to their terms. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
Subscriptions & automatic renewal
If you choose a subscription, it renews automatically at the interval (monthly or yearly) and price shown at checkout, and your payment method is charged at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time before the next billing date. Cancellation stops all future charges.
- After cancellation you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- We will notify you by email before any price change takes effect, and you can cancel before it applies.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its "Last updated" date, is the one in effect.
